1 Day: Day of arrival

TASHKENT

The Great Silk Road - where the cultures of the East and West meet. Envoys and merchants, wandering travelers and scholars, poets and thinkers, speaking different languages, cultivated entrepreneurship within themselves. To this day, the residents of the capital cherish the eastern bazaar, teahouse, and leisurely tea drinking, morning pilaf, and generous hospitality.

2 Day

BUHARA

On the Great Silk Road
from Rome, Byzantium, through Baghdad and Ankara, crossing Bukhara
caravans with rich gifts stretched to Afrasiab.

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the train station in Tashkent for departure to Bukhara (approximately 4 hours travel time).
We will arrive in the center of Bukhara, where we will meet our guide for a walking tour to visit:
• The streets of the Old Town, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site;• Kalyan Minaret;• Kalyan Mosque;• Mir-i-Arab Madrasah;• Magoki-Attori Mosque;• Ulugh Beg Madrasah;• Abdulaziz Khan Madrasah;• Labi-Hauz Complex.After the tour, check in at the hotel in Bukhara.

3 Day

BUHARA

You will walk the roads of great conquests:
Persians, Greeks, and Mongols,
You will learn the history and traditions of peoples.

Breakfast at the hotel in Bukhara.
Transfer to the residence of the Bukhara Emir Mohi-Khosa, built between 1912-1918.
The best Bukhara craftsmen of that time participated in the construction, as well as two Russian engineers, Margulis and Sakovich.
The palace features a summer tea room, a small minaret, and a guest house richly inlaid with gold leaf.
Miniature painting masterclass (optional).
Return to Bukhara.
Free time for shopping and strolling.
Overnight at the hotel in Bukhara.

4 Day

GIJDUWAN - SAMARKAND

Breakfast at the hotel in Bukhara.
As an additional option - visit to a fabric production factory (on weekdays, without a guide, additional payment required).
Departure towards the city of Gijduvan to visit a pottery workshop known for its national ceramics school. You can paint a clay pottery piece or embroider on a piece of handmade fabric (optional, payment of 10-15 euros per person).
We will enjoy lunch at the master's house (drinks extra).
After the tour, transfer to Samarkand.
Self-guided stroll through the night city.

5 Day

SAMARKAND

Breakfast at the hotel in Samarkand.
City tour visiting historical monuments and medieval architecture:
• Gur-Emir - mausoleum of Amir Timur and his descendants.
• The main symbol of Samarkand - Registan Square with three medieval higher educational institutions: Ulugh Beg Madrasah, Sherdor Madrasah ("Abode of Lions" - educational center of the 17th century), and Tilla-Kori Madrasah ("Covered with Gold" - highest spiritual school).
• Ulugh Beg Observatory.• Paper factory.Overnight at the hotel in Samarkand.

6 Day

SAMARKAND

Breakfast at the hotel in Samarkand.
Visit to a carpet factory where you can immerse yourself in the process of hand-making carpets from natural materials.
Continuation of the excursion program to the Necropolis Shah-i-Zinda and visit to the bazaar.
Optional: Mausoleum of Bibi Khanum.
Transfer to the train station for travel to Tashkent (2 hours).
Upon arrival at Tashkent train station, transfer to the hotel.
Overnight at the hotel in Tashkent.
